In 1998 Heather Fraser and Nigel Gallop sought land that would yield excellent Cabernet. Settling on a property in Wilyabrup, Margaret River they established Fraser Gallop Estate. Ten years later the winery was built.
Fraser Gallop Estate sits in gravelly loam soils at the highest point of Wilyabrup, six kilometres from the coast. They enjoy a warm, dry climate tempered by breezes from the Indian Ocean. Their south facing slope grows Chardonnay, Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc, while an elevated north facing rise provides Cabernet Sauvignon. Fraser Gallop Estate leave no stone unturned in the vineyard, meticulously maintaining and harvesting their dry grown, low yielding vines by hand.
Fraser Gallop Estate's Palladian Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay are the lead wines. The Parterre range comprises a Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc Semillon.
