Fraser Gallop Estate Parterre Chardonnay is handpicked from a dry grown estate vineyard on Metricup Road in Wilyabrup, Margaret River. The grapes are harvested early in the season.

The fruit is whole bunch pressed with the free run juice gravity fed directly to French oak. It wild ferments with full solids and minimal additions. The wine matures in one third new French oak for nine months.

Bright straw green, Fraser Gallop Estate Parterre Chardonnay has finely balanced fruit and acidity, arresting vitality and a persistent finish. Cellaring potential is six years.
