Fraser Gallop Estate Parterre Cabernet Sauvignon is inspired by the great wines of Bordeaux. The fruit is grown in a single estate vineyard at Wilyabrup in Margaret River.

The Cabernet is blended with small portions of Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec. Vinification strives to make a wine that allows the fruit to shine. It matures for 16 months in one third new French oak.

Ruby red, Fraser Gallop Estate Parterre Cabernet Sauvignon has dark berry flavours and crisp acidity. Its tight tannins lead to a long, savoury finish. Cellaring potential is 12 years.
