Fraser Gallop Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is grown on the estate vineyard in Margaret River's Wilyabrup Valley. Its undulating terrain and the gravelly loam soils are ideal for Cabernet.

The handpicked grapes are vinified with minimal intervention. After wild yeast fermentation, the wine matures in second use French oak barrels for 15 months. In some vintages, a small percentage of Petit Verdot is included.

Deep ruby red, Fraser Gallop Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is medium to full bodied with juicy berry flavours, graphite tannins and a long finish. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
