Palladian Chardonnay

Fraser Gallop Estate Palladian Chardonnay is selected from the finest vine rows of its single vineyard site. It lies six kilometres from the coast at the highest point of Wilyabrup in Margaret River.

The handpicked fruit is cooled overnight then whole bunch pressed directly to barrel. The resulting juice is left to ferment naturally with indigenous yeasts. Minimal intervention prevails at the winery.

The wine matures for nine months on lees in 100 per cent new French Burgundian oak puncheons. Only three barrels are produced in a typical vintage.

Light bright yellow, Fraser Gallop Estate Palladian Chardonnay is rich and refined, with fresh citrus and stone fruit flavours, intense acidity and excellent length. Cellaring potential is seven years.
