Winery

3 Drops began as a family farm south-west of Mount Barker in Western Australia's Great Southern region. In the late 1990s, owners Joanne and John Bradbury planted grapevines, starting their winemaking journey.

The 3 Drops – wine, olive oil and water – are what the property is all about. The grapevines thrive alongside over 2,000 olive trees, both irrigated from a large wetland on the land holding. The original site lies across 15 fertile hectares in Mount Barker's pristine cool climate. It produces most of the fruit, with the mature Patterson Vineyard, planted in 1982 and acquired in 2007, providing the rest.

3 Drops make value for money wines with distinct varietal and regional character. Highlights include their Cabernets and Pinot Noir, as well as Shiraz, Chardonnay and Riesling.
