3 Drops Riesling draws fruit from the estate's pristine cool climate vineyard, located south-west of Mount Barker in the Great Southern region.

The grapes are typically harvested early in the season, then crushed and destemmed. The free run juice is set aside for cold settling, then the clear portion is taken for fermentation.

Pale straw, 3 Drops Riesling has vibrant citrus flavours with mineral hints and a tight linear acidity. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
