3 Drops Chardonnay is sourced from the Patterson Vineyard at Mount Barker, in the heart of the Great Southern region. The vines were planted in 1982.

The vineyard enjoys a pristine cool climate. The winemaking combines traditional and contemporary techniques to ensure the wine expresses distinctive varietal and regional characters. Only French oak is used.

Light straw, 3 Drops Chardonnay has ripe stone fruit flavours with subtle oak and a long finish of grapefruit acidity. Cellaring potential is six years.
