3 Drops Pinot Noir is drawn from the Patterson Vineyard, planted in 1982 at Mount Barker in the heart of Great Southern. The fruit enjoys a long, cool ripening period.

In the winery, a mix of traditional and contemporary techniques ensure the wine expresses distinctive varietal and regional characters. Maturation is in high quality French oak.

Crimson red, 3 Drops Pinot Noir is medium bodied and silky with fresh red berry flavours, savoury complexity and fine tannins. Cellaring potential is five years.
