3 Drops Cabernets is made with fruit from the estate's pristine cool climate vineyard, located south-west of Mount Barker in the Great Southern region.

This wine is two thirds Cabernet Sauvignon and one third Cabernet Franc. The fruit is open fermented, spending several weeks on skins before being sent to a mix of new and seasoned French oak barrels to mature.

Deep red, 3 Drops Cabernets balances soft dark berry flavours with fine, dusty tannins and subtle oak. Cellaring potential is six years.
