3 Drops Shiraz is sourced from the Patterson Vineyard at Mount Barker, in the heart of the Great Southern region. The vines were planted in 1982.

At the winery, a mix of traditional and contemporary techniques ensure the wine expresses distinctive varietal and cool climate character. Maturation is in high quality French oak barrels.

Deep dark red, 3 Drops Shiraz has juicy plum flavours with firm tannins, cedary oak and spicy, peppery notes. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
