Flametree

The Towner family established Flametree in 2007. Flipping the script, they began not with a vineyard but with a winery, situated at the gateway to the Margaret River on the picturesque shores of Geographe Bay.

Flametree source fruit from outstanding growers across Margaret River. They have the advantage of cherry picking sites that perfectly match variety and style, right down to clone, vine age, location and vineyard husbandry. The region's cooler southern areas are best for Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc while the warmer north is best for Cabernet Sauvignon. From time to time they select fruit from the Geographe and Frankland River regions, when something special is on offer.

Flametree's leading Jeremy John Cabernet Sauvignon Malbec is only made in select years. The S.R.S. range is a powerhouse of styles that celebrate the diversity of Margaret River.
