William Chambers founded Chambers Rosewood in 1858. Six generations later, with Stephen Chambers at the helm, it is still family operated from the same site in the backstreets of Rutherglen where it started.

The vineyard's gnarled low yielding vines, many more than 100 years old, produce fruit brimming with highly concentrated flavours. Chambers Rosewood make over 30 different wines, including lesser known varieties such as Blue Imperial, Gouais and Roussanne. Despite its museum appearance, the winery embraces modern viticultural techniques, including use of a specialist vine nursery. Their fortified wines are expertly blended from unctuous material maturing quietly in their cellars for over 90 years.

Chambers Rosewood has a reputation for unpretentious charm. Recognized for their complexity, intensity and balance, their flagship Rare Muscat and Rare Muscadelle are considered national treasures.
