Grand Muscat
Wine
Chambers Rosewood Grand Muscat is made from Muscat à Petit Grains grapes, or Brown Muscat as it is locally known, grown in the Rutherglen district.
The grapes are left to shrivel on the vine, increasing natural sugar levels. The raisined grapes are picked, crushed and partially fermented. The juice is fortified and set aside to age in old oak casks.
Only quality wines are added to the base solera, a blend of vintages including material over 100 years old. This method of fractional blending for each release produces a reliable style and quality.
Deep amber, Chambers Rosewood Grand Muscat has spiced fruitcake aromas, pronounced rancio characters and a luscious, sweet finish.
Fully matured and ready for immediate enjoyment.
