De Bortoli Riverina

De Bortoli is a family wine company founded by Vittorio and Giuseppina De Bortoli in the Riverina in 1928. Today following their major investment in the Hunter and Yarra Valleys, De Bortoli is one of Australia's largest private companies.

Bilbul, in the Riverina region of southern New South Wales, is De Bortoli's original winery. It is famous for producing the dessert wine Noble One Botrytis Semillon, created by Darren De Bortoli in 1982. De Bortoli Riverina also produce a range of fortified and varietal wines, from both estate grown grapes and fruit from trusted suppliers. At De Bortoli their approach is hands on in the vineyard and hands off in the winery.

Noble One Botrytis Semillon is one of Australia's most internationally acclaimed wines. It is the benchmark of Australian dessert winemaking. The Black Noble Barrel Aged Botrytis Semillon is its fortified sibling.
