Penfolds Bin 311 Chardonnay is sourced from Australia's best cool climate districts including Tumbarumba, the Adelaide Hills and Tasmania.

The wine matures for eight months in new and seasoned French oak. Its time on yeast lees, with regular stirring, delivers a style of aromatic complexity. Minimal filtration preserves the fruit flavours.

Deep bright yellow, Penfolds Bin 311 Chardonnay has lemon and lime aromas, minerality and an acidic backbone. Cellaring potential is six years.
