The 2011 Bin 311 Chardonnay offers intense aromas of stone fruit, green apple, passion fruit with touches of toast and a slight lime leaf character. It undergoes 100% malo-lactic fermentation (MLF) leaving a lovely sulfide note.

Crisp and tight, it shows a concentrated fruit cone and is very long and citrusy in the finish.
