Kinship Cabernet Sauvignon

Credaro Kinship Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from two estate vineyards in Margaret River: the Summus Vineyard in Wilyabrup and the Northern Yallingup Hills Vineyard.

The fruit from the Summus Vineyard spends around one month on skins post ferment to help soften the tannins. The Northern Yallingup Hills parcel contributes structure and true Cabernet varietal flavour to the final blend.

Both vineyard parcels undergo malolactic fermentation in one third new, tightly grained French oak barrels. Maturation occurs over 18 months with periodic racking.

Brick red with purple tints, Credaro Kinship Cabernet Sauvignon has rich berry flavours, ripe tannins and a lingering finish. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
