Devil's Lair Dance with the Devil Cabernet Sauvignon is harvested from select estate vineyards at Cape Leeuwin in the most southerly parts of Margaret River.

The grapes are crushed immediately upon arrival at the winery. The wine spends extended time on skins following fermentation. It matures in new and seasoned French oak for 16 months.

Deep ruby, Devil's Lair Dance with the Devil Cabernet Sauvignon has dark fruit flavours, savoury mouthfeel and silky, integrated tannins. Cellaring potential is 12 years.
