Yabby Lake Vineyard Block 6 Pinot Noir is sourced from a unique patch of vines at the winery's Tuerong Mornington Peninsula vineyard. The vines enjoy a cool maritime climate ideal for premium Pinot Noir.

The handpicked fruit is sorted and gently destemmed into small open fermenters with some whole bunches. The wine ferments with wild yeasts before being pressed off skins into new and seasoned French oak puncheons.

After malolactic fermentation and 11 months of maturation the wine is bottled with no fining and only light filtration.

Deep crimson, Yabby Lake Vineyard Block 6 Pinot Noir is rich, brambly and intense with red and blue fruit flavours and tightly packed tannins. Cellaring potential is 12 years.
