Braemore Semillon
Wine
Thomas Wines Braemore Semillon is handpicked from the renowned Braemore Vineyard, planted in 1969 in the sandy alluvial flats along Hermitage Road, Pokolbin.
The fruit is whole bunch pressed to minimize the extraction of harsh phenolics, then fermented with neutral yeast in stainless steel to enhance varietal character. The wine typically rests on lees for five weeks prior to bottling.
Iridescent green, Thomas Wines Braemore Semillon has succulent, vibrant fruit purity. Mouth-watering acidity delivers balance and precision. Cellaring potential is 15 years.
