Wine
Ten Minutes by Tractor Judd Pinot Noir is handpicked from the highest performing block of the Judd Vineyard. A premium wine, it is only produced in years that reach a quality benchmark.
The grapes are carefully destemmed to ensure the berries are kept whole. In some vintages, a small portion of whole bunch fruit is included.
The fruit is chilled for several days in concrete tanks to delay the start of indigenous yeast fermentation. During fermentation, the juice sees pump overs and some plunging. It spends 25-30 days on skins.
After pressing, the wine is transferred to one third new French oak barrels for malolactic fermentation and around 12 months of maturation.
Bright crimson, Ten Minutes by Tractor Judd Pinot Noir has chewy red fruit flavours, sweet vanilla oak and pronounced tannins. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
