Craiglee Viognier is made from estate grown fruit, from vines that are hand pruned and carefully tended on the Carmody's vineyard at Sunbury.

After fermentation the wine is transferred to seasoned French oak for maturation. At the winery minimal intervention ensures the vineyard is expressed in the final wine.

Pale straw green, Craiglee Viognier has rich stone fruit flavours, pleasing viscosity and a fruit driven finish. Cellaring potential is six years.
