Riesling

Swinney Vineyards Riesling is handpicked from the Powderbark Vineyard in Frankland River. Bunches that have been exposed to excessive sun are meticulously eliminated from the harvest.

The fruit that makes the grade is whole bunch pressed, lightly settled and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Following fermentation, the wine rests on its lees for four months to both preserve freshness and build texture prior to bottling.

Striking pale straw, Swinney Vineyards Riesling is a full flavoured and textural wine with pithy, cut lime acidity and a bright finish. Cellaring potential is five years.
