Suckfizzle Cabernet Sauvignon

Stella Bella Suckfizzle Cabernet Sauvignon is a complex and unique example of the region's signature variety sourced from estate vineyards in Augusta in the very south of Margaret River.

The extraordinary vineyard site is dominated by ever present maritime influences from the Southern Ocean, moderated by warmth from the Blackwood River inlet.

The fruit parcels are vinified separately. Some remain on skins for extended maceration, others are pressed to tank. After malolactic fermentation the wine is racked to French oak to age for 14 months.

Deep purple red, Stella Bella Suckfizzle Cabernet Sauvignon is precise and poised, with red fruit flavours, fine gravelly tannins and remarkable length. Cellaring potential is 20 years.
