Narkoojee Reserve Chardonnay is sourced from the winery's original estate plantings at Glengarry in central Gippsland. The location, soils and climate are ideal for Chardonnay.

The wine is fermented with wild yeasts in new and one year old French oak barrels to maximize complexity. During 8-9 months of maturation, the lees are stirred and the wine undergoes partial malolactic fermentation.

Pale straw, Narkoojee Reserve Chardonnay is an intense, complex wine with a creamy texture and natural mineral acidity. Cellaring potential is five years.
