Bicknell fc Applecross Pinot Noir is sourced from the close planted Applecross Vineyard, perched on a steep hill in Gladysdale in the upper Yarra Valley. The site is leased by the Bicknells.

Fermentation occurs naturally, with partial whole bunch inclusion. After several days on skins, the wine is pressed to new and seasoned French oak for malolactic fermentation and maturation over 10 months.

Deep crimson, Bicknell fc Applecross Pinot Noir has sweet red fruit flavours, smooth tannins and tangy acidity. Cellaring potential is seven years.
