Haselgrove Wines Switch GSM is a blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvèdre from various McLaren Vale microclimates, typically including Aldinga and McLaren Flat.

Keeping each parcel separate, the fruit is crushed to open fermenters. During 7-10 days of fermentation the juice is hand plunged three times daily. The wine is then pressed directly to French oak, where it matures for 12 months.

Deep purple, Haselgrove Wines Switch GSM is full bodied with juicy red berry flavours and assertive tannins. Cellaring potential is five years.
