Cabernet Sauvignon

Grace Farm Cabernet Sauvignon draws from a single vineyard sited in Wilyabrup's famed duplex soils. The dry grown vines give depth of flavour to the fruit.

The fruit is nurtured through 10 days of fermentation, with care taken to maintain an elegant tannin structure. Maturation occurs over 12 months in well seasoned French oak barrels, allowing the fruit to speak for itself.

Bright garnet, Grace Farm Cabernet Sauvignon has typical Margaret River Cabernet flavours of dark fruits, earth and integrated tannins. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
