Crown Prince Pinot Noir
Wine
Bass Phillip Crown Prince Pinot Noir is grown in the winery's original Leongatha vineyard in the mineral rich soils, high humidity, and cool temperatures of South Gippsland.
The vineyards have been organic since 1993 and biodynamic since 2002. The wine is made in a simple and traditional way, with low cropped vineyards, no irrigation and minimal intervention at the winery.
Light crimson red, Bass Phillip Crown Prince Pinot Noir has sweet plum fruit flavours, balanced acidity and natural minerality. Cellaring potential is seven years.
