Yabby Lake Vineyard Single Vineyard Pinot Gris is made from Block 2 of the winery's Mornington Peninsula estate . The vines grow in sandy clay loam soils over iron shot stone.

The handpicked fruit is whole bunch pressed. The juice is cold settled and wild fermented in both stainless steel tanks and seasoned French oak puncheons. After a short maturation, the wine is bottled for release.

Pale green gold, Yabby Lake Vineyard Single Vineyard Pinot Gris is refreshing and textured with a core of bright white fruits and finishes long. Cellaring potential is three years.
