Yabby Lake Vineyard Single Vineyard Chardonnay is made from the winery's Tuerong estate vineyard. The vines, a mix of multiple Chardonnay clones, grow in sandy clay loam soils over iron shot stone.

The handpicked fruit is crushed, pressed and transferred with full solids to new and seasoned French oak puncheons. The wine ferments with wild yeasts before maturing on lees for 11 months without malolactic fermentation.

Straw green, Yabby Lake Vineyard Single Vineyard Chardonnay has concentrated citrus flavours, tightly wound minerality and a long finish. Cellaring potential is five years.
