Lily Pinot Noir

Wantirna Estate Lily Pinot Noir is hand harvested from three distinct estate blocks, each producing unique fruit characters. Harvest dates can be up to two weeks apart.
The grapes are destemmed and open fermented in hand plunged concrete tanks. After fermentation with cultured yeast, a portion sees extended maceration on skins. The wine is then aged for 10 months in a cool, underground cellar.
Bright crimson, Wantirna Estate Lily Pinot Noir has powerful red fruit flavours, delicate spice and generous texture. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
