Seppeltsfield Para 21 Year Old Tawny is a single vintage fortified wine made from the Barossa Valley’s signature varieties: Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvèdre.

Fermenting juice is fortified with a brandy spirit and transferred to seasoned oak hogsheads to age for 21 years. The brandy and extensive oxidative ageing give rise to complex aromas and flavours in the final wine.

Deep amber with golden hues, Seppeltsfield Para 21 Year Old Tawny is aromatic and elegant in style, its fullness of flavour balanced by smooth, creamy texture.
