Pewsey Vale Prima Riesling is grown high in the hills surrounding the Barossa Valley, between 485 and 500 metres altitude.

Prima Riesling is an early harvest style of wine made from grapes picked 3-4 weeks before the rest of the vineyard. The wine is made in a medium dry style in order to maintain a balance between fruit sweetness and chalky mineral acidity.

Pale green, Pewsey Vale Prima Riesling is succulent yet vibrant, with perfumed fruit flavours. Cellaring potential is seven years.
