Penfolds Bin 620 Coonawarra Cabernet Shiraz pays homage to the original 1966 Bin 620, a legendary Penfolds show wine.

In the 2008 vintage, low yielding Penfolds Coonawarra Blocks 5, 10 and 20 produced superb quality fruit with great flavour definition, allowing the creation of a wine similar in style and stature.

A unique blend of Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, it is true to the Penfolds house style. It comprises about equal portions of Cabernet and Shiraz matured in new and seasoned French and American oak.

An inky red, Penfolds Bin 620 Coonawarra Cabernet Shiraz weaves savoury flavours, persistent tannins and bright acidity into a seamless structure. Cellaring potential is 25 years.
