Wine
Paringa Estate Pinot Noir is sourced from the winery's low yielding vineyards at Red Hill in the cool climate Mornington Peninsula region.
The berries are completely destemmed prior to fermentation in two tonne open fermenters. Maturation takes place on lees, typically over 12 months in 40% new French oak barrels.
Rich crimson, Paringa Estate Pinot Noir is medium bodied with balanced fruit weight, firm tannins and a long, savoury finish. Cellaring potential is six years.
