Luke Lambert Wines Yarra Valley Chardonnay is handpicked from two separate blocks of the Tibooburra Vineyard in the Yarra Valley's south-eastern corner, near Gembrook.

Both primary and malolactic fermentation take place naturally. The winemaking includes plenty of oxidative handling and bâtonnage (lees stirring). The wine matures in large format old French oak barrels prior to bottling without fining or filtration.

Pale straw, Luke Lambert Wines Yarra Valley Chardonnay has cool climate elegance with fresh mineral acidity and creamy texture. Cellaring potential is five years.
