Leeuwin Estate Art Series Cabernet Sauvignon is the winery's best of vintage Cabernet Sauvignon blended with a small portion of Malbec.

The grapes are individually sorted and cold soaked. Fermentation is in both open and closed fermenters with pump overs three times daily.

The wine transfers to half new French oak barriques. After malolactic fermentation and nine months of maturation, the wine is blended and returned to barrel for further ageing.

This wine spends up to two years in oak before bottling. It is then tucked away and matured on site for four more years prior to release.

Ruby red, Leeuwin Estate Art Series Cabernet Sauvignon has rich dark fruit flavours, savoury spices and a seamless structure.

An outstanding Margaret River Cabernet. Cellaring potential is 15 years.
