Helm Wines Premium Riesling is produced only in exceptional years. A delicate, cool climate Riesling, it is made with the finest parcels of fruit from vineyards in the Canberra District.

The fruit is handpicked and fermentation is carefully monitored. Bottling occurs as soon as possible so the wine is captured at its absolute freshest. The wine is only released under the Premium black label if it reaches the quality benchmark.

Pale straw, Helm Wines Premium Riesling has juicy lime and crunchy green apple flavours with mineral acidity and a long, refreshing finish. Cellaring potential is 25 years.
