The Satyr Reserve Blended Red

EVOI The Satyr Reserve Blended Red is grown in the estate vineyard at Wilyabrup in Margaret River. The nearby Indian Ocean fosters a climate similar to Bordeaux in France.

Inspired by the red Bordeaux style, the wine is a blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Petit Verdot, 5% Malbec and 5% Merlot.

The fruit ferments with manual punch downs. It undergoes malolactic fermentation in French oak. Unfined and minimally filtered, the wine ages in bottle before release.

Deep ruby red, EVOI The Satyr Reserve Blended Red is both huge and velvety with ripe tannins, integrated oak and a seamless finish. Cellaring potential is 12 years.
