EVOI Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is sourced from Wilyabrup in Margaret River.

The surrounding Indian Ocean fosters a Mediterranean climate similar to Bordeaux in France.

The wine is inspired by the white Bordeaux style. To enhance fruit quality and freshness the grapes are picked at night when the temperature is cool.

Most of the wine ferments in tank, with a small portion fermented in new French oak barrels.

Pale lemon, EVOI Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is crisp, layered and long finishing. Cellaring potential is three years.
