Devil's Lair Chardonnay is sourced from estate vineyards among some of the most southerly in Margaret River. The cooling influence of the Southern Ocean sweeps through the vines.

The grapes are crushed immediately after arriving at the winery. Each vineyard parcel is vinified separately. A cool fermentation in French oak barrels is followed by occasional stirring on lees for nine months.

Pale straw green, Devil's Lair Chardonnay has a vibrant citrus core with taut acidity, subtle oak and lasting length. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
