Devil's Lair Cabernet Sauvignon is harvested from select estate vineyards in the maritime climate of Cape Leeuwin at the southern end of Margaret River.

The fruit is handpicked and crushed immediately. Fermentation occurs in small static fermenters over 10 days. The wine matures for 16 months in new and seasoned French oak barrels.

Ruby purple, Devil's Lair Cabernet Sauvignon is plush with dark fruit flavours and dense, supple tannins. Cellaring potential is 12 years.
