Devil's Lair 9th Chamber Chardonnay is the ultimate expression of Devil's Lair Chardonnay. First produced in 2009, it is made only in exceptional vintages with outstanding parcels of fruit.

The handpicked grapes are whole bunch pressed. Each vineyard parcel is vinified separately. The wine ferments in one year old French oak maturing for 10 months with regular lees stirring.

Pale green straw, Devil's Lair 9th Chamber Chardonnay has restrained power, vibrant citrus flavours, balanced acidity and a long finish. Cellaring potential is nine years.
