Wine
Coriole Shiraz was the first wine bottled under the Coriole label in 1970. It is entirely estate grown.
Traditional winemaking methods prevail. The fruit undergoes open fermentation in tanks with the cap of grape skins plunged by hand. For maturation the wine is sent to a mix of new and seasoned oak barrels.
Dense purple, Coriole Shiraz is full bodied with concentrated fruit flavours, savoury elements and succulent, fine grained tannins. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
