Capel Vale The Scholar Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from select rows of the estate Scholar Vineyard, located at Cowaramup in Margaret River.

Following fermentation and extended maceration on skins, the wine matures in a mix of new and seasoned French oak barrels to develop interest and complexity. It is only released in years when full varietal flavour is achieved.

Bright garnet, Capel Vale The Scholar Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon is full bodied with smooth dark fruit flavours. Cellaring potential is 12 years.
