Calliope Rare Frontignac
Wine
Buller Calliope Rare Frontignac draws from the dry grown vines of the Calliope Vineyard, first planted in Rutherglen in 1921 by Reginald Langdon Buller.
Like Rutherglen itself, Buller is famous for its fortified wines. The solera in which this wine develops is constantly monitored to ensure consistency. At bottling the wine has an average age of around 40 years.
Golden brown, Buller Calliope Rare Frontignac is concentrated and rich with many layers of complexity.
Already fully matured, this wine is ready to drink on release.
