Patricia Cabernet Sauvignon

Brown Brothers Patricia Cabernet Sauvignon honours the Brown family matriarch Patricia Brown. Her tenacious spirit and generosity inspire the Patricia range.

The grapes are harvested from low yielding vineyards throughout Victoria. The parcels are then transported to Brown Brothers small scale winery, the Kindergarten, for vinification.

Once destemmed and crushed, the fruit is open top fermented. The wine spends 17-20 months ageing in French oak barrels, around half new. Blending trials are conducted to ensure an intense, powerful wine goes to bottle.

Inky purple, Brown Brothers Patricia Cabernet Sauvignon is full bodied with rich, spicy dark fruit flavours and a seamless finish. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
