Old Adam Shiraz
Wine
Bremerton Wines Old Adam Shiraz draws from the winery's best blocks of Langhorne Creek Shiraz. A temperate microclimate and dry conditions prevail during the ripening season.
Made in extremely limited quantities, the wine is the result of fastidious batch and barrel selection.
Concentrated parcels of fruit are fermented in open vats followed by maturation in extra fine grained American and French oak, both new and seasoned. After 22 months in barrel, the wine is bottled and aged for a further 12 months.
Deep purple, Bremerton Wines Old Adam Shiraz is a well structured, complex wine with rich fruit flavours and elegantly integrated oak. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
